For pay as you go patients:

• Please choose the type of appointment you would like to book by first clicking the appointment type in the black rectangular boxes below ie face to face, video and telephone. Once the appointment type is selected, it will turn green. 
• Then click on the drop down menu below (choose an appointment type). You may have to scroll down to see all the different appointment types.
• All the appointments in the drop down menu are able to be booked by choosing your preferred private GP. However, if you wish to book the next available appointment with any private GP, click ‘Any practitioner’. Once you’ve clicked on a particular GP or ‘Any practitioner’, you can book an appointment at a time to suit you. 
• We do offer 15 minute follow-up appointments but these can only be booked after an initial 30 minute appointment. If you would prefer a 30 minute follow-up appointment just book a 30 minute face to face appointment at a time to suit you.

For subscribers to one of our Health Plans:

• Please first login in at the top right corner of any page on our website, above ‘book appointment’.
• Once logged in, If you have an active subscription, you will be able to click on the ‘Subscriber Appointment’ tab below. 
• Depending on what Health Plan you have paid for, you will have the equivalent of 6 to 8 x 30 minute private GP appointments at a 10% discount. 
• You can mix and match these with specialist appointments like mole mapping, menopause and joint injections (all less 10%). Feel free to book a 30 minute appointment with your desired private GP at a time to suit you, but please email us at subscriptions@thegrosvenorpractice.co.uk to discuss your appointment preferences if you would like to book a specialist appointment.
