Here's what to expect when you visit, with directions for arriving by road, parking and finding us on site.

From Salisbury city centre

You can access Avon Approach from the Central Long and Short Stay Car Parks, or from Castle Street onto Avon Approach. Immediately next to the River Avon is a small road that takes you past the Central Health Clinic towards the Millstream Coach Park.

As you walk down that road, the second building on the right is the Millstream Medical Centre and Millstream Allied Pharmacy. The Grosvenor Practice is located within that building.

Please follow signs to The Grosvenor Practice and MedCentres Plus. Our entrance is adjacent to the NHS Walk-in Centre.

Parking

On-site & overflow parking

Parking is available on site but is limited to five spaces clearly marked MCP, plus two disabled spaces located next to Millstream Allied Pharmacy.

If these spaces are full, please continue through the Millstream Coach Park and turn left into the Central Car Parks. Please allow time to park before your appointment, particularly during busy periods.

If you park in an MCP parking space, you must enter your vehicle registration number into the terminal next to reception to avoid receiving a parking charge.

The Grosvenor Practice and MedCentres Plus cannot accept responsibility for any parking charges issued if you do not enter your registration number into the terminal provided.

If you have mobility concerns or require assistance accessing the building, please contact the practice in advance and we’ll advise you on the most suitable arrangements.
