Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are sorry to inform you that we are currently unable to provide GP appointments and clinical services at New Hall Hospital.
We anticipate this will be for a short period while we work quickly to relocate to new premises in Salisbury.
This situation has arisen unexpectedly, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and worry this may cause.
We are in the process of contacting our subscribers individually to discuss the situation and arrange pro-rata refunds where applicable.
Given the pace at which we are working to relocate, we are hopeful that most patients will not need their care transferred elsewhere. However, during this transition, we are reviewing patients who may need relevant medical information transferred to their NHS GP or another healthcare provider. Where this is required, we will contact patients directly to discuss this and obtain consent.
If you believe that your medical record or relevant health information needs to be transferred to another provider, and you have not heard from us within the next fortnight — or sooner if clinically indicated — please do not hesitate to contact the practice at [email protected]
