We wanted to provide a further update on our relocation.
We are currently in the process of moving to our new premises at MedCentres Plus, Millstream House, Salisbury, next to the NHS Walk-in Centre.
Although we had hoped to reopen by now, one final operational matter is still being finalised. We are working hard to complete this as quickly as possible and remain hopeful that we will be able to reopen very soon.
As soon as we have a confirmed reopening date, we will contact all patients by email and text message with further information.
We are also updating our website, which will go live when the practice reopens.
