Our Health Plans offer real peace of mind — giving you prompt, reliable access to high-quality GP care, without paying separately for each consultation.
Minimum Commitment
All Health Plans have a 12-month minimum term:
Annual Plan — paid in full at the start of the term
Monthly Plan — paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
Health Plan Benefits
As a Health Plan subscriber, you will have immediate access to the following benefits:
• Unlimited GP appointments — including face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations.
• Priority appointment availability — typically same-day or next-day.
• Dedicated online booking portal — making it easy to manage your appointments.
• No charge for repeat prescriptions — saving £16 per request.
• All reasonable administrative support included — such as referral letters, insurance forms, and medical reports.
Important Information
• The cost of investigations — such as blood tests, urine or swab tests, imaging, and scans — is not included in your subscription and will be charged separately (prices available on request).
• To maintain our high standards of care, we may occasionally pause new Health Plan subscriptions to prioritise existing subscribers. When this happens, a waiting list will be introduced.

Please note: Where a dual subscription is taken for two individuals — one aged over 65 and one under 65 — the subscription should be selected at the over 65 rate to ensure both subscribers are fully covered.
