Health Plan Benefits

As a Health Plan member, you will receive immediate access to the following benefits:

• Unlimited GP appointments – including face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations. 
• Convenient appointment times, typically available same-day or next-day.
• No repeat prescription charge (normally £16 per request).
• All reasonable administrative support included – such as referral letters, insurance forms, and medical reports.

Important Information

• The cost of investigations (e.g., blood tests, urine and swab tests, scans, and imaging) is not included in the subscription fee and will be charged separately.
• To maintain high standards of care, we may occasionally pause new applications to prioritise existing Health Plan members. In such cases, a waiting list will be introduced.
