Health Screening

At The Grosvenor Practice, we believe in the value of preventative medicine and take a proactive approach to your health.

Our full health screening service includes a comprehensive examination and screening for common conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, respiratory diseases, vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances (including thyroid disorders), prostate concerns, liver and kidney disease, and bone health.

We are always happy to discuss any aspect of your health and address any concerns you may have.

Well Person Check

Your Well Person Check includes two dedicated appointments with one of our experienced private GPs.

The first appointment involves a full clinical examination along with a range of tests and investigations tailored to your individual health needs (see below for details).

The second appointment is a comprehensive review of your results, with time to discuss any treatments, lifestyle advice, or referrals that may be recommended. We will also take the time to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Where appropriate, we may recommend additional investigations such as mammograms, chest x-rays, bone density scans, or genetic testing. These will be discussed with you and would incur an additional charge.

The sample is returned directly to the laboratory in a pre-paid envelope.

Comprehensive Review (30 minutes)

Once all test results have been received and carefully reviewed by your private GP, we will arrange your follow-up consultation. This can take place face-to-face, by video, or by telephone — whichever suits you best.

During this appointment, we will review the findings from your investigations and physical examination in full. There will be time to discuss your results, address any questions or concerns, and agree a suitable management plan if needed.

Prescriptions and specialist referrals can be provided where appropriate.

Following your Well Person Check, you will receive a personalised written report, summarising your results and any recommendations. This will be sent to you by email or post.
