A Health Plan gives you and your family ongoing access to our GPs for one predictable fee, so you can book an appointment when something is worrying you without paying for each consultation.
It is private general practice the way it should feel: familiar doctors, time to talk, and prompt access when you need care.
One membership covers your everyday private GP care, appointments, the practical paperwork that comes with them, and a few member benefits beyond.
All membership benefits are subject to fair usage and GP availability. Tests, procedures, medication and third-party fees are charged separately and always discussed in advance.
Continuity matters. You'll usually see the same doctor each visit, with the chance to build a relationship over time.
Two things worth being clear about up front — how unlimited works in practice, and what's charged separately.
Your appointments are unlimited because we want you to feel able to contact us when you need medical care.
Our fair usage policy is a light-touch, common-sense arrangement that protects access for all members.
A few things sit outside your plan and are always discussed with you in advance:
Your plan covers your doctor’s time and care. The items above reflect external costs, procedures, medication, or additional administrative work.
A Health Plan changes the rhythm of how you use a GP. You stop weighing up whether something is "worth" an appointment. You pick up the phone, book a time that works, and walk into a familiar room with a doctor who already knows your story.
Repeat prescriptions become routine paperwork. Referrals are written in the room. The same GP who saw you with last winter's cough is the same GP looking at your blood results in spring.
That's what we mean by unhurried care — not just longer appointments, though they are longer, but a steady relationship over time.
Three quick choices and you're set.
An Individual plan covers just you. A Dual plan covers two adults at the same address.
Children can be added to any plan for £20 per child, per month.
Pricing reflects how often each age group typically needs a GP.
We use three age bands: 18–39, 40–64, and 65+.
Monthly across 12 instalments, or annually in a single payment.
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months.
If a couple falls into two different age bands, the plan is set at the older member’s band so you are both fully covered.
Subscription offers the reassurance of fast, flexible and convenient access
to our experienced GPs for personalised healthcare throughout the year.
A Dual plan works out cheaper than two individual memberships, in every age band. Cover both adults at the same address.
Acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and other skin rashes that affect daily comfort.
Annual plans are paid in a single payment for the 12-month term. Plans run for a minimum of 12 months.

Additional investigations, specialist tests, imaging, prescriptions or referrals may incur further charges. These will be discussed with you in advance.
Our Health Plans include unlimited GP appointments, repeat prescriptions and specialist referrals, from £45 a month.
Health screening investigations are charged separately.
