With this plan, you are entitled to unlimited private GP appointments*, each lasting 30 minutes, over a 12-month period. Your subscription automatically renews annually unless cancelled. Appointments can also be substituted with any of our other services—please email us to enquire about this.

How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel your subscription after 12 months, please provide written notice or email us at least 14 days before your renewal date.

You must also notify your bank of any payment changes. If cancelled within 14 days of starting, a full refund will be provided. However, if any services have been used during this period, charges will apply at pay-as-you-go rates. Please see our cancellation policy in our full Terms and Conditions.
