How to Cancel

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so in writing. You must notify your bank of any payment changes. If cancelled within 14 days of starting, a full refund will be given. However, if services are used during this period, charges apply based on pay-as-you-go rates. Please see our cancellation policy in our full Terms and Conditions.
